My name is Freckles and, yes, it?s true. I am seriously freckled on my legs and belly (which btw I love to have rubbed). The rest of me is warm, caramel brown and I have golden brown eyes. I?m mostly beagle with a little bit of basset in the mix. I?m on the small side ? only 27 lbs ? short, long and lean! My foster family has two beagles. I get along fine with them. We like to run out the doggie door together. They bark and bark but I save my barking for important moments like when my foster mom and dad leave or come home. Sometimes they steal my food or treats but I never kick up a fuss. I know that I?ll get some more food soon so it?s not worth getting upset over. My foster family has a fenced in yard which is nice. But I?d be happy with a few long walks each day. It?s nice being outside and sniffing around but I don?t live to be outside like my foster brother beagle does. Dogs are alright but I?m all about the peeps. I helped out at an event to raise money for us beagles and I was happy to see everyone! I got to meet tons of new people and everyone wanted to pet me?.it was the best. Maybe I like people more than dogs because of their laps?? I?m a gold medal cuddler. The little girls from across the street come and visit me. I really like them too even tho their laps are kinda small. Other positive attributes: Good at walking on a leash ? check! Good at going for rides in the car ? check! House broken ? check! Love chasing snow balls ? check! check! check! I?m an easy going girl just looking for a family to love.
